DECORATION METHODS
Custom Decoration Methods Explained
All-County Apparel offers multiple decoration methods to embellish products with your custom logo. Although screen printing and embroidery are the most popular, our other decoration methods include Direct-To-Garment, heat transfers, and a variety of patch options.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing uses ink to print your logo from a screen onto the item you want to be customized. Screen printing looks great and, when done right, will last a long time. Most popular for your average t-shirt.

EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is precise, professional, and long-lasting, making it an attractive decoration method. Our in-house embroidery department features over 48 heads of embroidery equipment to deliver high-quality embellishment with some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry.
direct-to-garment
Details can make the difference in a great design. For products with a high level of detail, including photos, there’s no better way to go than digital printing. This method takes your image straight from the computer and prints it directly on your clothing.

heat transfers
Full Color Digital Transfers are the easiest way to achieve custom, full color designs for decorating. They’re ideal for designs with hi-def details, or gradients. You can quickly create high-end looks on virtually any fabric or hard-to-decorate item with only a heat press. Forget the limitations of screen printing or embroidery and delve into detailed digital logos!
