Do you need your order printed in a hurry? Are you wondering what the standard turnaround time is and what rush options are available? Questions like these are common when it comes to printing. Here we will address all your questions about turnaround times, shipping options, how to check on the status of your order, and any factors that can affect or delay your order's turnaround time.
Standard Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the time of quote approval and payment.
Rush Options: We do not offer same-day printing services. For five business day turnaround add 30%, three business day turnarounds are 50% more and one business day turns require an additional 100%. *This may be dependent on garment availability.
Shipping Options: Your order generally ships via UPS Ground with free pickup available at our Lodi, NJ headquarters. Alternate shipping methods such as UPS Next-Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select may be available upon request.
Order Status Inquiry: You will receive emails and texts when your order is in production and again when it is complete and ready for pickup or has been shipped. Production time excludes shipping time and is dependent on quick mock approval from the customer so please don't visit our warehouse until you receive a 'Ready for Pickup' notification.
Factors that Delay Turnaround Times: The following items may cause extra delays past our standard turnaround times: finishing services (folding, tagging, stickering), process prints (CMYK or sim processes), delayed approvals of mocks, and delayed payments.
